This programme is all about realigning your posture - due to workloads, stress, and an unhealthy work environment like if you are working you try to finish in a single stretch and forget to take a break in between - which overstrains your muscles and later as it is accumulated from so many days one fine day you wake up with a severe pain then you start running around doctors doing unwanted diagnostic procedures like xrays, mri, and end up taking lots of pills - which further lower your confidence you start feeling low energy and hoping for some miracle to happen ,But, my dear friends, no such miracle will occur unless you work on yourself, make minor changes to your daily routine, and perform some simple basic exercises. If you are willing to make those changes, I am here to assist you with the proper guidelines and support to get out of this loop; all you need to do is spend 15 minutes to 30 minutes daily with my protocol and you will notice a difference.
