Dr. Sakshi Shrivastava, practitioner of Physiotherapy, is an alumna in masters from renowned Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar,  that churned out many a best professional therapist from across the country. Being a sports enthusiast she specialised in sports therapy and rendered her services to many sports disciplines.

An international publication stands to her credit when her work on “Development and Validation of a skin fold thickness prediction equation for Asian Indians using Hydro densitometry” was published in Journal of Obesity and Overweight Volume-1, Issue-3. There was no formula until then to compute body fat of Asians in particular though there was a formula in vogue for others. Her innovative thinking has developed a formula for Asians benefitting many thereafter.

She was the most sought-after to physiotherapy care for multi sports disciplines. She had been a regular support leading physiotherapy teams at many national sports events like Basketball, Volley ball, Hand ball, Cricket, Base Ball premier Leagues etc.  Her talent took her to FIBA Asia Championship, organised at Bangkok, Thailand.

These are some of creditable performances as Physiotherapist among many. She was also Head Physiotherapist for Chhattisgarh Contingent for National Games-2015 held in Kerala. She extended her therapy support to even notable Sports bodies such as SAI and BCCI.

With such profound experience in sports field, she opened, with intent to render her services to needy public, a clinic “We Care Sports Injury Clinic” at Bhilai, in 2014. Since then, she has treated more than 25,000 patients of multifarious health problems. No exaggeration, she has achieved hundred percent curing rate. Many who are leading pain free life stand testimony to this.

Modest about her career studded with scores of success stories, she states that correct diagnosis and people’s faith in her are key to her success.
